The Japanese kitchen
15 Apr 2007
On a regular basis we go out to dinner with colleagues. There is a big choice in restaurants in Aizu-Wakamatsu. But sometimes the cooking is done at home...
On the roof of the appartment building where Nagasawa-san lives, you can have a bbq. Okay, it is very cold, and we all wear down jackets, caps and scarves, but we are having a good time. Everybody brings some food and, in the dark, we have the bbq. A different experience, but one we enjoyed very much.

Everybody is invited to our house. Nagasawa-san and Muraoka-san are preparing sukiyaki. They brough a special cooking pot. They are working hard in the kitchen, and the result show it: delicious!

Tomomi is spoiling us a few weeks later with okonomiyaki. She also brings bags full of ingredients and a special kooking pot. Everybody loves her cooking.
